Bu Koşullar, Ahmet Arda Dalyanci tarafından işletilen sosyal çoklu spor koordinasyon hizmeti Spotter'ı kullanımınızı düzenler.
1. Kabul ve uygunluk
Hesap oluştururken Koşullar kutusunu işaretleyerek bu Koşulları kabul edersiniz. Gizlilik Bildirimi kişisel veri işlemesini ayrı açıklar. Spotter hesabı oluşturmak veya kullanmak için en az 18 yaşında olmalısınız.
2. Hesabınız
Hesabınızı güvenli tutmak, doğru ve güncel bilgi vermek ve hesabınız altındaki etkinliklerden sorumlu olmak size aittir. Hesabınızı Ayarlar → Tehlike Bölgesi'nden silebilirsiniz.
3. Kullanıcı içeriği
Fotoğraf, seans, grup, mesaj, profil bilgisi, mekân bildirimi ve diğer içeriğinizin mülkiyeti sizde kalır. Paylaşımınız, içeriği yalnızca hizmeti işletmek, güvenliğini sağlamak ve geliştirmek için barındırma, işleme, gösterme ve dağıtma amacıyla Spotter'a dünya çapında, münhasır olmayan, telifsiz bir lisans verir. Yüklediğiniz içerik için gerekli haklara sahip olmalısınız.
4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım ve moderasyon
Yasa dışı, taciz edici, nefret dolu, cinsel açıdan müstehcen, tehdit içeren, hak ihlal eden veya aldatıcı içerik; kimliğe bürünme, spam, veri kazıma ya da hizmete müdahale yasaktır. Profilleri ve ilgili içeriği bildirebilir, kullanıcıları engelleyebilirsiniz. Güvenlik, hukuk veya bu Koşullar için gerekli olduğunda içeriği kaldırabilir, erişimi sınırlayabilir ya da hesabı askıya alabiliriz. Acil gerçek dünya tehlikesinde yerel acil yardım birimlerini arayın.
5. Gerçek dünya etkinlikleri
Spotter tıbbi, antrenörlük, acil yardım veya kimlik doğrulama hizmeti değildir; mekânları ya da buluşmaları denetlemez. Başka bir kullanıcının kimliğini, davranışını, içeriğini veya konumunu garanti edemeyiz. Kendi değerlendirmenizi kullanın, mekân kurallarına uyun ve gerektiğinde sağlık uzmanına danışın.
6. Fesih ve sorumluluk
İhlal veya güvenlik riski durumunda hesabı askıya alabilir ya da sonlandırabiliriz. Hiçbir hüküm, zorunlu tüketici hakları dâhil hukuken kaldırılamayacak sorumluluğu sınırlandırmaz. Hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde Spotter, öngörülemeyen veya kullanıcılar, mekânlar ya da makul kontrolümüz dışındaki olaylardan doğan kayıplardan sorumlu değildir.
7. Değişiklikler
Koşulları güncellediğimizde tarihi değiştirir ve gerektiğinde önemli değişiklikler için bildirim veya yeniden kabul sunarız.

These Terms govern your use of Spotter, a social multisport coordination service operated by Ahmet Arda Dalyanci.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account and selecting the Terms checkbox, you accept these Terms. The Privacy Notice separately explains personal-data processing. You must be at least 18 to create or use a Spotter account.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure, providing accurate and current information, and activity under your account. You can delete the account from Settings → Danger Zone.
3. User content
You retain ownership of your photos, sessions, groups, messages, profile information, venue submissions and other content. Posting grants Spotter a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, display and distribute it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. You must have the necessary rights to anything you upload.
4. Acceptable use and moderation
Illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, rights-infringing or deceptive content; impersonation; spam; scraping; and interference with the service are prohibited. You can report relevant profiles and content and block users. We may remove content, restrict access or suspend accounts where needed for safety, law or these Terms. Contact local emergency services for an immediate real-world danger.
5. Real-world activity
Spotter is not a medical, coaching, emergency or identity-verification service and does not supervise venues or meetings. We cannot guarantee another user's identity, conduct, content or location. Use your own judgment, follow venue rules and seek qualified medical advice where appropriate.
6. Termination and liability
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or safety risks. Nothing excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Spotter is not responsible for unforeseeable losses or losses caused by users, venues or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Changes
If these Terms change, we update the date and provide notice or fresh acceptance for material changes where required.

Estos Términos regulan tu uso de Spotter, un servicio social de coordinación multideportiva operado por Ahmet Arda Dalyanci.
1. Aceptación y requisitos
Al crear una cuenta y marcar la casilla de los Términos, los aceptas. El Aviso de privacidad explica por separado el tratamiento de datos personales. Debes tener al menos 18 años para crear o usar una cuenta.
2. Tu cuenta
Eres responsable de mantener segura tu cuenta, proporcionar información correcta y actualizada y de la actividad bajo tu cuenta. Puedes eliminarla desde Configuración → Zona de peligro.
3. Contenido del usuario
Conservas la propiedad de tus fotos, sesiones, grupos, mensajes, perfil, lugares enviados y demás contenido. Al publicar, otorgas a Spotter una licencia mundial, no exclusiva y libre de regalías para alojar, tratar, mostrar y distribuir ese contenido únicamente cuando sea necesario para operar, proteger y mejorar el servicio. Debes tener los derechos necesarios sobre lo que subas.
4. Uso aceptable y moderación
Se prohíben el contenido ilegal, acosador, de odio, sexualmente explícito, amenazante, que infrinja derechos o engañe; la suplantación; el spam; la extracción de datos; y la interferencia con el servicio. Puedes reportar perfiles y contenido y bloquear personas. Podemos retirar contenido, restringir acceso o suspender cuentas cuando sea necesario por seguridad, ley o estos Términos. Ante un peligro inmediato, contacta a emergencias locales.
5. Actividad en el mundo real
Spotter no es un servicio médico, de entrenamiento, de emergencia ni de verificación de identidad y no supervisa lugares ni encuentros. No garantizamos la identidad, conducta, contenido o ubicación de otra persona. Usa tu propio criterio, respeta las reglas del lugar y busca asesoría médica cuando corresponda.
6. Terminación y responsabilidad
Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas por infracciones o riesgos de seguridad. Nada excluye responsabilidades o derechos obligatorios del consumidor que legalmente no puedan excluirse. En la medida permitida por la ley, Spotter no responde por pérdidas imprevisibles o causadas por usuarios, establecimientos o hechos fuera de nuestro control razonable.
7. Cambios
Si estos Términos cambian, actualizaremos la fecha y ofreceremos aviso o una nueva aceptación para cambios importantes cuando sea obligatorio.

Ad, @kullanıcı adı, e-posta, tam doğum tarihi, cinsiyet, avatar, biyografi, ana spor mekânı, spor seçimleri ve ayarlar; arkadaşlıklar, seanslar, gruplar, mesajlar, teslim/okunma durumu, fotoğraflar, sabitlenen Anılar, geri bildirimler, şikâyetler ve mekân bildirimleri; seçtiğiniz konum özelliğinde cihaz konumu; bildirim anahtarı, sürüm, etkinlik zamanları, izin durumu ve hesapla ilişkilendirilebilen tanılama kayıtları işlenebilir. Adres defteri, reklam kimliği, tarama geçmişi, HealthKit verisi veya sürekli arka plan konumu istemeyiz.
2. Amaçlar ve hukuki sebepler
Verileri hesap sözleşmesini kurmak ve ifa etmek; profil, arkadaş/seans keşfi, varlık, mesaj, bildirim, destek ve silme özelliklerini sunmak için işleriz. Uygulanabildiğinde güvenlik, dolandırıcılığı önleme, tanılama ve moderasyon için meşru menfaat; geçerli makam talepleri için hukuki yükümlülük; isteğe bağlı konum, bildirim veya fotoğraf erişimi için gerektiğinde açık rıza ya da cihaz izni kullanılır. İsteğe bağlı izni geri çekebilirsiniz.
3. Görünürlük
Görünen adınız, @kullanıcı adınız, avatar, biyografi ve açıkça sabitlenen profil içeriği oturum açmış kullanıcılara görünebilir. Seans içeriği ilgili katılımcılara, özel mesajlar katılımcılarına, grup içeriği yetkili mevcut üyelere görünür. Grup canlı durumunu açıkça açarsanız üyeler mekân, spor ve burada/yolda durumunu görür; kesin cihaz koordinatı paylaşılmaz. E-posta, tam doğum tarihi, bildirim anahtarı, susturulanlar ve hesap sahibi ayarları diğer kullanıcılara gösterilmez.
4. Konum
Yakın mekân keşfi veya check-in doğrulaması seçildiğinde konum yalnızca özellik kullanılırken okunur. Check-in; mekân, spor, zaman ve doğrulama sonucunu saklar, sürekli rota kaydetmez. Mekân eklemede onayladığınız koordinatlar ve bildiren hesap moderasyon için saklanabilir. Konumu reddederseniz elle mekân seçebilirsiniz.
5. Hizmet sağlayıcılar ve yurt dışı aktarım
Google Firebase/Google Cloud; Expo/EAS ve Expo Push; Apple Push Notification service veya Firebase Cloud Messaging; seçtiğinizde Apple/Google giriş hizmetleri; başlattığınız sorguda cihaz harita/coğrafi kodlama hizmetleri; Vercel ve Gmail kullanılabilir. Bu sağlayıcılar ABD ve başka ülkelerde işlem yapabilir. Aktarım, ilgili hizmet için gerekli olanla sınırlıdır ve uygulanabilir KVKK 9. madde, GDPR Bölüm V veya diğer zorunlu aktarım koşullarına tabi olmalıdır. Mevcut güvenceleri bize sorabilirsiniz. Verileri satmayız, reklam ağı veya uygulamalar arası reklam takibi kullanmayız.
6. Saklama ve silme
Hesap verileri hesap aktifken ve özellik için gerektiği sürece tutulur. Kaydedilmemiş sohbet mesajları normalde yaklaşık 24 saat sonra sona erer; kaydetme bu yaşam döngüsünü değiştirir. Canlı seans ve varlık kayıtları kendi yaşam döngüsüne göre sona erer. Hesap silme olağan yazmaları kilitler ve ilişkili içeriğin kaldırılmasını başlatır. Sınırlı güvenlik, hukuk, operasyon veya yedek kayıtları gerekli süre/sağlayıcı yedek döngüsü boyunca kalabilir; sonra silinir, anonimleştirilir veya olağan kullanımdan yalıtılır.
7. Haklarınız
Ayarlar'dan profil verilerini düzeltebilir ve hesap silmeyi başlatabilirsiniz. Uygulanabildiğinde erişim, kopya, düzeltme, silme, kısıtlama, itiraz, isteğe bağlı rızayı geri çekme ve yetkili makama şikâyet hakları için spotterapp.destek@gmail.com adresine yazın. Orantılı kimlik doğrulaması isteyebiliriz.
8. Yaş, güvenlik ve değişiklikler
Spotter 18 yaş ve üzeri içindir. Firebase'in aktarımda ve depolamada şifreleme korumalarını kullanırız; hiçbir hizmet tamamen güvenli değildir. Önemli değişikliklerde tarihi günceller ve gerektiğinde uygulama içi bildirim veya ayrı rıza sunarız.

1. Data processed
We may process name, @username, email, full birth date, gender, avatar, bio, home sports venue, sport choices and settings; friendships, sessions, groups, messages, delivery/read state, photos, pinned Memories, feedback, reports and venue submissions; device location when you select a location feature; and push token, version, activity times, permission state and account-linked diagnostics. We do not request address-book contacts, advertising identifiers, browsing history, HealthKit data or continuous background location.
2. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to form and perform the account agreement and provide profile, friend/session discovery, presence, messaging, notifications, support and deletion. Where applicable, we rely on legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention, diagnostics and moderation; legal obligations for valid authority requests; and consent or device permission where required for optional location, notifications or photo access. Optional permission can be withdrawn.
3. Visibility
Your display name, @username, avatar, bio and explicitly pinned profile content may be visible to signed-in users. Session content is visible to relevant participants, direct messages to their participants and group content to authorised current members. If you explicitly enable group live status, members see venue, sport and here/on-the-way state—not precise device coordinates. Email, full birth date, push token, muted-user list and owner settings are not displayed to others.
4. Location
Location is read only while you use nearby venue discovery or check-in verification. A check-in stores venue, sport, time and verification result, not a continuous route. Adding a venue can store coordinates you confirm and the submitting account for moderation. Manual venue selection remains available if location is declined.
5. Providers and international transfers
Providers may include Google Firebase/Google Cloud; Expo/EAS and Expo Push; Apple Push Notification service or Firebase Cloud Messaging; Apple/Google sign-in when selected; device map/geocoding services for a query you initiate; Vercel; and Gmail. They may process data in the United States and other countries. Transfers are limited to what the service requires and must be handled under applicable KVKK Article 9, GDPR Chapter V or other mandatory transfer conditions. Ask us for information about current safeguards. We do not sell data, use ad networks or use cross-app advertising tracking.
6. Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while the account is active and needed for a feature. Unsaved chat messages normally expire after about 24 hours; saving changes that lifecycle. Live session and presence records expire under their feature lifecycle. Account deletion locks ordinary writes and starts removal of associated content. Limited safety, legal, operational or backup records may remain for the required period/provider backup cycle, then be deleted, anonymised or isolated from ordinary use.
7. Your rights
You can correct profile data and start account deletion in Settings. Where applicable, contact spotterapp.destek@gmail.com for access, copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of optional consent or a complaint to the competent authority. We may request proportionate identity verification.
8. Age, security and changes
Spotter is for people aged 18 and over. We use Firebase encryption in transit and at rest; no service is perfectly secure. For material changes, we update the date and provide in-app notice or separate consent where required.

No solicitamos agenda de contactos, identificadores publicitarios, historial de navegación, HealthKit ni ubicación continua en segundo plano.
2. Fines y bases jurídicas
Tratamos datos para celebrar y ejecutar el acuerdo de cuenta y ofrecer perfil, búsqueda de amistades/sesiones, presencia, mensajes, notificaciones, soporte y eliminación. Cuando corresponda, usamos intereses legítimos para seguridad, prevención de fraude, diagnósticos y moderación; obligaciones legales para solicitudes válidas; y consentimiento o permiso del dispositivo cuando sea necesario para ubicación, notificaciones o fotos opcionales. Puedes retirar permisos opcionales.
3. Visibilidad
Tu nombre visible, @usuario, avatar, biografía y contenido fijado expresamente pueden mostrarse a usuarios con sesión iniciada. El contenido de sesión es visible para sus participantes, los mensajes directos para sus participantes y los grupos para miembros actuales autorizados. Si activas el estado en vivo de un grupo, sus miembros ven lugar, deporte y estado aquí/en camino, no coordenadas precisas. Correo, fecha de nacimiento completa, token, personas silenciadas y ajustes del titular no se muestran a otros.
4. Ubicación
La ubicación solo se lee mientras usas el descubrimiento de lugares cercanos o la verificación de check-in. El check-in guarda lugar, deporte, hora y resultado, no una ruta continua. Agregar un lugar puede guardar las coordenadas confirmadas y la cuenta remitente para moderación. Si rechazas la ubicación, puedes elegir el lugar manualmente.
5. Proveedores y transferencias internacionales
Los proveedores pueden incluir Google Firebase/Google Cloud; Expo/EAS y Expo Push; Apple Push Notification service o Firebase Cloud Messaging; inicio de sesión de Apple/Google cuando se elija; mapas/geocodificación del dispositivo para consultas iniciadas; Vercel; y Gmail. Pueden tratar datos en Estados Unidos y otros países. Las transferencias se limitan a lo necesario para el servicio y deben gestionarse conforme al artículo 9 de la KVKK, capítulo V del RGPD u otras condiciones obligatorias. Puedes pedir información sobre las garantías actuales. No vendemos datos ni usamos redes publicitarias o seguimiento publicitario entre apps.
6. Conservación y eliminación
Los datos de cuenta se conservan mientras esté activa y sean necesarios. Los mensajes no guardados normalmente vencen tras unas 24 horas; guardarlos cambia ese ciclo. Las sesiones en vivo y presencia vencen según su función. Eliminar la cuenta bloquea escrituras ordinarias e inicia la retirada del contenido asociado. Registros limitados de seguridad, legales, operativos o de respaldo pueden permanecer durante el periodo necesario/ciclo del proveedor y después se eliminan, anonimizan o aíslan.
7. Tus derechos
Puedes corregir el perfil e iniciar la eliminación desde Configuración. Cuando corresponda, escribe a spotterapp.destek@gmail.com para solicitar acceso, copia, rectificación, eliminación, limitación, oposición, retirada de consentimiento opcional o reclamar ante la autoridad competente. Podemos pedir verificación proporcional de identidad.
8. Edad, seguridad y cambios
Spotter es para mayores de 18 años. Usamos el cifrado de Firebase en tránsito y almacenamiento; ningún servicio es completamente seguro. Ante cambios importantes actualizamos la fecha y ofrecemos aviso en la app o consentimiento separado cuando sea obligatorio.

Vercel siteyi sunar; bağlantı sırasında IP adresi ve istek bilgileri işlenebilir. Web haritası siz yüklemeyi seçmeden Apple Maps'e bağlanmaz. Yüklediğinizde Apple IP adresinizi ve görüntülediğiniz harita bölgesini alır; buna seçtiğiniz mekân veya mekân eklerken konumlandırdığınız nokta dâhildir. Message notifications in supported desktop browsers are optional and require browser permission. The preference is stored for your account in this browser; notifications work while a Spotter tab remains open. The system alert does not contain message text or the sender's name. You can disable it in Settings. While you type in a chat, your draft text is not sent; a briefly visible typing status is shared with other participants using your user ID and a timestamp.
This supplement explains /app alongside the policy above; it does not alter existing mobile acceptance records. The browser uses the same account and Firebase data. Local session, preference and cache data may be stored to support sign-in and features. Sign out when finished on a shared computer.
Vercel serves the site and may process IP addresses and request information. The web map does not connect to Apple Maps until you choose to load it. Apple then receives your IP address and the map area you view, including the selected venue or the point you position when proposing a venue. The address/city you enter in the add-venue map is also sent to Apple to find the location. Friend identities and message content are not sent to the map provider; automatic device location tracking is not enabled. You can use the venue list without loading the map.

Las notificaciones de mensajes en navegadores de escritorio compatibles son opcionales y requieren permiso del navegador. La preferencia se guarda para tu cuenta en este navegador; funcionan mientras una pestaña de Spotter permanezca abierta. El aviso del sistema no contiene el texto del mensaje ni el nombre del remitente. Puedes desactivarlo en Configuración. Al escribir en un chat no se envía tu borrador; se comparte con los demás participantes un estado de escritura visible brevemente, con tu ID de usuario y una marca de tiempo.
Este anexo explica /app junto con el aviso anterior; no modifica las aceptaciones móviles existentes. El navegador utiliza la misma cuenta y los mismos datos de Firebase. Puede guardar sesión, preferencias y caché local para el acceso y las funciones. Cierra la sesión al terminar en un equipo compartido.
Vercel aloja el sitio y puede procesar la IP y datos de la solicitud. El mapa web no conecta con Apple Maps hasta que eliges cargarlo. Apple recibe tu IP y el área del mapa que ves, incluido el lugar seleccionado o el punto que sitúas al proponer un lugar. La dirección/ciudad que introduces en el mapa para añadir un lugar también se envía a Apple para encontrar la ubicación. No enviamos identidades de amigos ni mensajes al proveedor del mapa; no se activa el seguimiento automático de ubicación. Puedes usar la lista sin cargar el mapa.
